All orders process within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  Buyers will receive a confirmation email once an order is placed and an email with a tracking number once the order ships.  Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. 

Once orders are with the carrier, we do not claim any responsibility.  If a package is lost, delayed, or damaged, please contact the carrier directly.  Buyers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are entered correctly.  If a package is undeliverable or returned, original shipping charges are non-refundable and the buyer Is responsible for any additional fees to have the package re-shipped.
